Shyft AI

Here is Shyft AI in plain terms. Agentic recruitment intelligence for modern staffing teams. The job it does: building AI products and features, often for other companies.

It makes the most sense for companies adding AI to a product. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI). They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Shyft AI is based in Dover, Delaware. More on shyft.ai.

Before you commit, look at track record, data handling, and who owns the models. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Shyft AI, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
