APTA

APTA is a software consulting company offering enterprise resource planning and data warehousing services. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Project Management and Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

APTA is based in Farmington, Michigan. You can read more at aptainc.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
