Heidelberg Technology Group

Heidelberg Technology Grp. provides IT services, focusing on life-cycle replacements, cyber security, and data center services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Cyber Security and Data Center, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Heidelberg Technology Group is based in Bonita Springs, Florida. Their site is heidelbergtech.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
