All Hands Solutions

All Hands Solutions is a staffing and recruiting agency. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Lead Generation, Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

All Hands Solutions is based in Saint Petersburg, Florida and founded in 2015. You can read more at allhandssolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
