Baseball Info Solutions

Baseball Info Solutions is a sports company that provides baseball data analysis services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Big Data and Sports, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Baseball Info Solutions is based in Coplay, Pennsylvania and founded in 2002. Their site is sportsinfosolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
