SpeedTest

SpeedTest is a software company that provides consulting, training, testing, and monitoring services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Test and Measurement and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SpeedTest is based in Elkridge, Maryland. Their site is speedtestinc.com.
