Neon Computers

Neon Computers is a computer repair service that offers all hardware and software related problems. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security and Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Neon Computers is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and around since 2010. You can read more at neoncomputers.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Neon Computers well, your review carries weight here.
