AiTou

AiTou aids international job seekers with a Chrome extension for finding OPT/H1B jobs in the U.S. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Online Portals and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AiTou is based in New York, New York. Their site is aitou.io.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with AiTou, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
