HCP Computers and Business Solutions

HCP Computers and Business Solutions is an IT solutions company specializing in computer consulting, computer sales, and support services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Consulting, Network Security and Sales, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

HCP Computers and Business Solutions is based in Carmel, Maine. You can read more at hcpcomputers.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with HCP Computers and Business Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
