AddonSoftware

AddonSoftware specializes in customizable ERP business solutions. The job it does: keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

The natural audience is sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AddonSoftware is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. More on addonsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
