Assess2Perform

Assess2Perform develops a movement sensor and app that evaluates one's performance in athletic activities. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Fitness, Sensor and Sports. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Assess2Perform is based in Montrose, Colorado. Their site is assess2perform.com.
