Forte Knowledge

Forte Knowledge offers intensive and specialized IT training and career services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: EdTech and Education. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Forte Knowledge is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2010. You can read more at forteknowledge.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
