Happy Monday

Happy Monday is an internet company that specializes in the human resources industry. Put simply, it is about keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. Alongside the main category they mention Human Resources and Recruiting. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Happy Monday is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Their site is happymonday.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
