VistaOne

VistaOne is a global provider of information management, reporting and distribution solutions to the securities industry and asset. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Financial Services, Information Services and Logistics. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

VistaOne is based in Santa Clara, California. Their site is vista-one-solutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
