Overview
Fond is an AI mobile app that provides cooking recipe services. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.
Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cooking and Mobile Apps. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
Fond is based in Berkeley, California. More on getfond.com.
Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
