Up2date Technologies LLC

Up2date Technologies is the business of deploying human intellectual capital to help organizations meet their information technology goals. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services and Professional Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Up2date Technologies LLC is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and founded in 2012. You can read more at up2datecorp.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
