Invision Community

Invision Community is a platform for building vibrant communities with forums, eCommerce, content management, image galleries and more. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list Communities, Content, E-Commerce and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
