AccuCentrix

AccuCentrix is an IT solutions firm that specializes in software development, web and flash technologies services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, IT Infrastructure and Project Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AccuCentrix is based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania and founded in 2007. You can read more at accucentrix.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
