SquareHook

SquareHook is a web platform that enables business owners to create a fully functional mobile website. In practice that means running an online store from catalog to checkout.

Who is it for? Mostly retailers and brands. They also list E-Commerce, Mobile and Web Browsers, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SquareHook is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and founded in 2012. More on squarehook.com.

Before you commit, look at transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
