Entree AI

Entree AI is a SAAS platform that offers food speech recognition, nested ingredients, food nutrition database as well as nutrition coaching. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Database, Food and Beverage, Nutrition, Speech Recognition and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Entree AI is based in Seattle, Washington and around since 2018. You can read more at entree.ai.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
