Affintus

Affintus is a software as a service company that offers pre-hire assessment is the way to find the applicants. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Affintus is based in Austin, Texas and founded in 2008. You can read more at affintus.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
