Fiidus

Fiidus Inc. delivers managed IT services and consulting, supporting businesses with technology solutions and infrastructure management. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Fiidus is based in Frisco, Texas. You can read more at fiidus.com.
