Receptix

Receptix is a search engine connecting job seekers with endless employment opportunities. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. Related areas on their profile: Career Planning, Employment, Human Resources, Recruiting and Search Engine. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Receptix is based in Rocklin, California. Their site is receptix.com.

Before you commit, look at payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
