SupplyNow

Tech-enabled services that help solve supply-chain challenges for food-service distributors and their independent restaurant customers. That is the short version of SupplyNow. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Food and Beverage, Logistics, Restaurants and Supply Chain Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SupplyNow is based in Cleveland, Ohio. Their site is supplynow.io.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with SupplyNow, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
