Avente

Avente is a software development company that provides custom development, testing, and offshore services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Quality Assurance, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Avente is based in Irvine, California. You can read more at avente.com.
