Eclipse Corporation

Eclipse is a provider of enterprise document design, presentation, generation, automation and customer communication management software. Put simply, it is about writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that produce a lot of documents. Alongside the main category they mention Document Management, Enterprise Applications and Telecommunications. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Eclipse Corporation is based in Cape Coral, Florida and around since 2005. More on eclipsecorp.us.

Things worth asking about: offline access, permissions, and export formats. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
