GTSS

GTSS is a flex staffing solutions provider company. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. Alongside the main category they mention Recruiting and Staffing Agency. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

GTSS is based in Trenton, New Jersey and around since 2003. You can read more at gtssminds.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with GTSS, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
