International Institute For Sustainable Laboratories

International Institute For Sustainable Laboratories offers high-tech facilities development, conference, training, and education services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Education and Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

International Institute For Sustainable Laboratories is based in Arlington, Virginia and founded in 2004. Their site is i2sl.org.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with International Institute For Sustainable Laboratories, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
