CRIMEWATCH

CRIMEWATCH operationalizes audiences around a public safety mission. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Data Visualization, Government, Mapping Services and Public Safety, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

CRIMEWATCH is based in York, Pennsylvania and founded in 2012. More on crimewatchpa.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
