ControlHippo

ControlHippo is a robust, simple-to-use, cloud-based SaaS management solution that helps companies handle their SaaS applications. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ControlHippo is based in New York, New York and around since 2022. More on controlhippo.com.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ControlHippo, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
