Elite Computers

Elite Computers is a managed IT service provider that offers tech support services like software integration and security protection. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Elite Computers is based in Beavercreek, Oregon. Their site is elite-computers.net.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
