Perchin

Perchin is a software application for off-campus housing listing services. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: Mobile Apps. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Perchin is based in Harriman, New York. Their site is perchn.com .

Our checklist for this category: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
