Clarizen

Clarizen is a global leader in project management and collaborative work management software. Put simply, it is about planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

The natural audience is teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Cloud Computing, Collaboration and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Clarizen is based in San Mateo, California and founded in 2006. Their site is clarizen.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
