Peel9

Peel9 specializes in record management and analytics systems solutions for the law enforcement community. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Peel9 is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their site is peel9.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
