Rover

Rover is an advanced personalization and recommendation technology app. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Android, iOS, Machine Learning, Mobile and Search Engine, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Rover is based in Sunnyvale, California and founded in 2007. More on roverapp.com.
