Redpen

RedPen is Zimbabwe's first school management software. Put simply, it is about solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Education. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Redpen is based in Marlborough, Massachusetts and around since 2006. You can read more at redpen.co.zw.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Redpen well, your review carries weight here.
