Arkware

Arkware is an IT firm that provides Microsoft access programming with a modern web-based database and software development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Business Development, Consulting, CRM and Database. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Arkware is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Their site is arkware.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
