Tekminds

Tekminds is an IT and software development company that provides cloud-based services and data-driven marketing services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services and Consulting. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Tekminds is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. You can read more at thetekminds.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
