NEON Concierge

NEON Concierge is a digital hotel concierge that facilitates interaction between guests, hotel staff, and hotel owners. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. They also list Hospitality and Travel, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NEON Concierge is based in Cupertino, California. Their site is neonconcierge.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know NEON Concierge well, your review carries weight here.
