Shift Intelligence

Shift Intelligence provides business tools for team alignment, sales forecasting, and financial management. In practice that means delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. They also list Advice, Business Development, Consulting and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Shift Intelligence is based in Los Angeles, California. You can read more at shiftintelligence.co.
