S4 Solutions

S4 Solutions specializes in information technology infrastructure support, web development and software development. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

S4 Solutions is based in Merrick, New York and founded in 1992. You can read more at s4si.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
