TDH IT

TDH IT offers IT solutions, hardware purchasing, configuration, and installation services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services and Data Center. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TDH IT is based in Conroe, Texas. More on tdhit.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with TDH IT, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
