Horizon Business Services

Horizon Business Services provides management consulting, custom programming, training and management suite software support services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Management Information Systems and Training. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Horizon Business Services is based in El Dorado Hills, California. More on horizonbusinessservices.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Horizon Business Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
