BH Tek Solutions

BH Tek Solutions offers turn-key software design and development, project management, applications, and technical support services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Project Management, Technical Support and Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

BH Tek Solutions is based in Houston, Texas. Their site is bhteks.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with BH Tek Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
