Open Technology Development

Open Technology Development LLC is in IT, offering software development and agile coaching services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Marketing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Open Technology Development is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Their site is opentechdev.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Open Technology Development, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
