Palapa

Palapa is a ai development company. Social app for building computer vision AIs. In practice that means building AI products and features, often for other companies.

Who is it for? Mostly companies adding AI to a product. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Social Network, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Palapa is based in Mahwah, New Jersey. You can read more at palapa.ai.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Palapa, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
