perfony

Perfony provides a project management and meeting management software. In practice that means planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

It makes the most sense for teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Meeting Software and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

perfony is based in Paris, Ile-de-France and around since 2011. Their site is perfony.com.

Before you commit, look at views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
