XiteLabs

XiteLabs provides production services for entertainment and corporate clients. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list 3D Technology, Animation and Media and Entertainment, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

XiteLabs is based in Calabasas, California and around since 2018. Their site is xitelabs.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with XiteLabs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
