Ecmworx

Ecmworx is an IT consulting firm that builds online learning platforms. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and E-Learning, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Ecmworx is based in Dover, Delaware and founded in 2009. More on ecmworx.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
