vTek Systems

vTek Systems is a consultancy that offers software development, application management, big data analytics and cloud services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Big Data and Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

vTek Systems is based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Their site is vtek-systems.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
